Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities Pricing & Costing
  • Take ownership of the company’s pricing framework
  • Maintain ownership of product‑level pricing and costing
  • Manage standard costing, including materials, labor, and overhead
  • Determine and refine how labor and overhead are applied to products
Product Cost Analysis
  • Conduct quarterly product cost reviews and updates
Top‑Line Budgeting Support
  • Partner closely with the sales team
  • Collaborate with several department leaders to support forecasting
  • Serve as a key business partner to commercial leadership
Capital Expenditure Planning & Tracking
  • Build more robust Cap Ex planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Strengthen visibility into projects and spending
ERP Systems Support
  • Serve as a subject‑matter resource on ERP usage
  • Support a future transition to a new ERP platform
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience from a rigorous financial or analytical environment
  • Manufacturing experience is a major plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Salary: $90,000 to $115,000
