Overview
Lake Ridge Bank is looking for a client-service oriented professional to join our Bridge Road team as a Personal Banker. The Person al Banker is responsible for delivering a premier client experience by helping our clients with consumer/retail banking needs. The Person al Banker will provide new and existing clients with resources and solutions to serve all their financial needs and will work to grow relationships that are mutually beneficial for the client and bank.
The primary responsibility for this position will be to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Achieve full banking relationships with clients by being familiar with all Lake Ridge Bank offerings and maintaining expertise of all deposit and consumer loan products and services.
- Resolve client needs/problems/issues and provide high quality personalized service.
- Actively sell deposit and consumer loan products and services using effective sales skills including listening, being persuasive, and building confidence and trust with clients and potential clients.
- Open deposit accounts for clients including checking, savings, CDs, and ensure all account paperwork is properly completed.
- Process transactions such as cashing checks, account withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc., while balancing and maintaining a cash drawer.
- Follow through with onboarding new clients/new accounts.
- Promote and maintain positive relations with internal and external contacts, clients, and potential clients.
- Meet established benchmarks for individual, office, and department performance.
- Actively participate in sales, office, and staff meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Participate in community involvement/bank activities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Familiarity with all product offerings and expertise in deposit and consumer loan products and services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and potential clients.
- Ability to open and process deposit accounts and handle routine transactions accurately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Participation in training requirements including bank security and compliance training.
