As CFO, you will be the primary financial strategist for a company in the $50M-$100M+ range. You will serve as a key partner to the executive team, ensuring financial health while driving innovation across systems and culture.

Key Qualifications
- 15+ years in finance leadership, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership (VP/C-Suite) capacity
- Active Wisconsin CPA is required
- Tech-forward mindset and interest in leveraging modern tools (including AI) to enhance insights and productivity
- Proven track record of leading financials for mid-to-large-market organizations
- Ability to be on-site at the Middleton office at least two days per week
Cultural Alignment
- You enjoy developing talent and building a high-performing team
- You engage easily with partners at all levels and pivot quickly as the business evolves
- You have a passion for process improvement and "finding a better way"
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $225,000 - $250,000k/year
- Performance Bonus: 30-35% based on meeting key objectives
- Comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, forward-thinking work environment
