• Perform mortgage underwriting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate loan applications to ensure adherence to internal, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct financial analysis, reviewing employment, income, debts, and assets to determine borrower capacity.
• Review all loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate income, debt‑to‑income ratios, and loan‑to‑valueusement to ensure compliance with lending standards.
• Assess property appraisals and valuations for compliance.
• Ensure all loans meet company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven mortgage underwriting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make sound credit decisions.
