Position Overview
:

Responsibilities
:

• Prepare and perform detailed reviews of business and individual tax returns
• Deliver proactive tax planning strategies and advice to clients throughout the year
• Review team members’ completed tax returns
• Provide tax planning and projections as requested
• Research tax issues
• Recommend internal process improvements
• Consult clients to develop understanding of financial affairs and scope of their tax liability
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
• 5+ years of tax preparation experience
• CPA or EA certification preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Willingness to be a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
