Agency Customer Service Representative

Provide customer relations, sales, and agency/customer administration for an established American Family Insurance Agency on the far east side of Madison, Wisconsin. This includes policy, billing, and claims related support. This role will also be part of the sales function in the office and some sales acumen and experience is beneficial.

Prefer candidates who are licensed in Property and Casualty in Wisconsin or willing to be licensed within 60 days as a condition of employment.

Licensing costs are fully reimbursed.
