Promotions Shift Supervisor

Overview

Promotions Shift Supervisor at Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison. Responsible for coordinating promotional activities on the gaming floor, monitoring promotional and Players Club supply inventory, and direct supervision of the Promotions Hosts/Hostesses (and possibly Valet Parking Attendants and/or Shuttle Drivers as directed). Customer service is the top priority for both internal and external guests.

• Coordinate promotional activities on the gaming floor and monitor related supply inventory.
• Direct supervision of Promotions Hosts/Hostesses (and related staff as directed).
• Ensure high-quality guest interactions and service standards.
• Collaborate with departments to support promotional events and guest experiences.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent. Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout employment. Must have and maintain a valid driver s license and, at minimum, liability auto insurance.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; prior supervisory experience is preferred; customer service experience preferred; word processing background preferred.
