Mechanical Engineer – Madison, WI (Onsite)

We are seeking a hands‑on Mechanical Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team in the Madison, WI area. This role is responsible for designing, testing, troubleshooting, and improving specialized industrial equipment, while partnering closely with operations and production teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working both at the CAD station and on the shop floor — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in solving real‑world mechanical challenges.

• Design and optimize mechanical and electrical components for industrial equipment
• Conduct performance, durability, and safety testing
• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Solid Works and/or AutoCAD
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and machining experience
• Electrical knowledge preferred (PLC experience is a plus)
