Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within Operations.
• Improve and maintain manufacturing processes, layouts, and value streams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Implement Lean principles and demand-driven strategies to improve flexibility and responsiveness.
• Ensure smooth flow of materials, products, and information across production lines.
• Support facility upgrades, technology transfers, and mixed-model production lines.
• Work closely with shop floor teams to improve manufacturing methods and controls.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and standards.
• Design and optimize area layouts, equipment, tooling, and PLC programs.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve business performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, or ProE.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to work in high‑volume or mixed‑model production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
