- Drive adherence to standard work across global EHS programs to ensure consistent and effective safety practices.
- Implement and monitor compliance with EHS policies and procedures, maintaining high safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead global initiatives aimed at reducing incidents and improving overall safety performance throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align with global EHS standards and facilitate best‑practice sharing.
- Provide leadership and guidance to EHS teams worldwide, supporting operational excellence and a proactive safety culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven leadership in environmental and safety compliance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of driving results and experience in EHS management within global operations.
- Proven expertise in implementing standard work and DBS methodologies.
- Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools; knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, capable of leading training, investigations, and cross‑functional collaboration with clarity and confidence.
- Able to motivate and partner with global and regional teams to elevate safety and environmental standards.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 20%, including overnight stays).
- Professional certification in EHS or a related discipline.
- Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar continuous improvement frameworks.

The annual salary range for this role is $114,000 to $130,000. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
