We’re hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices. Positions are available in Transportation, including Design, Construction, Land Development, Traffic, Roundabouts, and Local Government.

• Apply your civil engineering knowledge to complete project tasks under the guidance of senior staff
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues while embracing JT’s values and positive culture
• Develop working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams
• Deliver high‑quality work that meets established standards and expectations
• Follow internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Entry level to 3 years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry
• Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification preferred, or a demonstrated commitment to obtain the certification
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or site inspection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical competence to perform project tasks independently
• Ability to learn client and internal software required to complete projects
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
• To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
• Occasional travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development and/or project‑related work
