Civil Engineering Manager – Municipal

We're hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with wastewater treatment facilities, drinking water supply, and/or urban transportation design or construction.

• Set goals, monitoring, and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan
• Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery
• Lead and mentoring colleagues on transportation related projects
• Develop and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
• Administer the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
• To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
• To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
