OES has immediate openings for a Civil Design Engineer - Transportation in Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay, WI
. Entry-level engineers as well as more experienced engineers are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, and a hybrid work environment.

• Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the development of proposals and estimates.
• Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members.
• Oversee and/or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges.
• Oversee and/or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
• Lead meetings with clients and the general public.
• Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• 0-5 years of experience working with DOT
• Interest in transportation-related design and construction projects

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
• Licensed Wisconsin PE or EIT
