• Oversee operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and transformers
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability and optimize maintenance costs for Airgas assets
• Provide technical guidance on compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards
• Assist in engineering studies, incident investigations, and prepare reports
• Mentor and train field technicians in the maintenance and operation of electrical distribution systems

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
• Proficient knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, NEC, and IEEE
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Ability to travel for extended periods, with little advance notice
• Valid driver's license is required

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of experience with Medium Voltage systems
• 5 years of experience in Industrial Operations
