Engineering Rotational Development Program
Join the Engineering Rotational Development Program at Sub‑Zero Group, Inc. – an opportunity for recent graduates from undergraduate engineering and related professional programs. The program commences in summer 2025.
Eligibility & Qualifications- Recent undergraduate students with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or Engineering Mechanics.
The program consists of three 6‑month rotations selected based on education background, professional interests, and aspirations. Participants work full‑time with pay and benefits and, upon successful completion, transition into a full‑time regular position within the organization. Rotations may include:

- Operations Management
- Test Engineering

- Process Engineering
- Challenging assignments

Pre‑employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks are required. Candidates must pass a negative drug/alcohol test to be considered for employment.
