Senior Civil Design Engineer - Transportation

Our primary clients are WisDOT, MnDOT, counties, municipalities, and private developers in Wisconsin. OES has immediate openings for a Senior Civil Design Engineer - Transportation with a Hybrid schedule based out of Madison, Milwaukee, & Green Bay, WI.

• Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the development of proposals and estimates.
• Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members.
• Oversee and/or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges.
• Oversee and/or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
• Lead meetings with clients and the general public.
• Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Experience managing WisDOT projects.
• Licensed Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain a license within one year.
• Interest in transportation-related design and construction projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D.
