In the role of Industrial Wastewater Project Manager, you will lead, direct, develop, and market projects involving the planning, design, and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will also:
- Direct project staff and act as project director and/or manager, involved in marketing, planning proposals and interviews.
- Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals; collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums; lead production of design calculations and technical reports; and lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications for design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Have experience with design/build (desired).
- Possess strong oral and written communication, listening, leadership and organizational skills.
- PE strongly preferred.
- Master’s Degree.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
- Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
- Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Experience handling multiple assignments.
- Design/build experience (desired).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7 years related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- Ability to interact with various design teams, with excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
