We are looking for a Reliability Engineer who will define and drive design assurance and reliability requirements to ensure our products meet customer expectations of quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle. This position offers growth and development opportunities for both technical experts and future leaders.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide reliability engineering support as a member of the business operations/production and cross‑functional product support team.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to establish reliability plans and verification testing requirements.
- Create reliability improvement plans by reviewing prior‑generation product warranty claims and call‑center data to mitigate field losses.
- Integrate reliability analysis techniques into product or program design objectives.
- Conduct effective Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Generate test plans and collaborate with test lab technicians to evaluate product and components.
- Deep understanding of failure rates, modes, and mechanisms to support robust product design.
- Experience diagnosing and remedying reliability problems in existing products, testing and implementing solutions.
- Proficiency with warranty and call‑center data, establishing trends, determining root causes, and driving corrective action.
- Work with service personnel to identify field problems and implement solutions.
- Partner with purchasing and component suppliers to drive reliability improvement in purchased components.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to identify in‑house problems, implement solutions, and support reliability initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Experience in Engineering (Design / Reliability / Quality).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years of full‑time, on‑the‑job experience.
- Experience in the appliance industry or with mass‑produced consumer products.
- ASQ CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience with field failure / warranty data analysis and tracking.
- Familiarity with statistics and reliability analysis techniques such as Weibull analysis, reliability block diagrams, FMEAs, derating, and reliability allocation.
- Failure analysis, diagnosis, or troubleshooting skills.
- National Instruments LabVIEW.
- Design of Experiments.
- HALT/HASS, accelerated life testing.

This position requires a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
