• Attend lectures and lead discussion sections for the course PA 818
• Prepare course content and facilitate engaging discussions
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to students
• Hold office hours for student consultations
• Assist in course administration and perform other related duties as assigned

• Current enrollment in or acceptance to a UW-Madison doctoral program, with a preference for economics or agricultural & applied economics
• Expertise in microeconomics through research or coursework
• Evidence of excellence in teaching or strong communication skills
• High level of competence in the applicant’s home discipline
• Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Office and Google products

• Previous teaching experience in microeconomics or applied microeconomics
• Strong public speaking skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
