• Contact program partners to solidify event details
• Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets
• File paperwork and organize supplies
• Create various documents and flyers
• Facilitate events with high school students

• Must be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student and in good standing for Summer or Fall 2026 classes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software
• Highly organized and energized
• Must be available to work late evening shifts and weekends
• Satisfy a criminal background check, complete I-9 verification, and complete compliance training before starting the position

• Knowledge of event planning and implementation
• Wisconsin Driver's License (or other states) for at least 3 years
• Bilingual (Spanish, Hmong, Mandarin) preferred
• Knowledge of event preparation, implementation, and facilitation
• Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
