- Assist in the International Peer Mentor (IPM) Program, supporting mentors and mentees
- Help with the recruitment and training of new IPM mentors
- Facilitate events such as Global Café, including setup, cleanup, and technical support
- Build and maintain relationships with Registered Student Organizations (RSOs)
- Market and promote ISS events while collecting student feedback
- Current student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Available to work at Global Café and IPM events as scheduled
- Effective communication skills in intercultural contexts, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in an office or in student leadership positions
- Experience working with diverse audiences
- Willingness to improve customer service and public speaking skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
- Experience living, studying, or working in another country
