Wisconsin Athletics currently has 3 openings available as part of our Badger Built Fellowship program! Under the general direction of the Director of Student-Athlete Development, each fellow will be expected to help support and/or manage various Badger Built initiatives including programs, systems, processes, and events. This 11‑month paid opportunity enables participants to contribute significantly to the success of Wisconsin Athletics while integrating real‑world experience.
Fellows will play a pivotal role in shaping the student‑athlete experience, encompassing peak performance, exploration, and community. Responsibilities include active involvement in committees, execution of large‑scale initiatives, and independent projects designed to prepare student‑athletes to win now & beyond.

- Assistant Student‑Athlete Development / Leadership & Inclusion Coordinator – JR
- Assistant Academics & Career Advisor – JR
- Able to work efficiently across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Intentional about building meaningful relationships with coaches, staff, and student‑athletes
- Strong self/social awareness skills and capable of professionalism in various settings
- A proactive self‑starter that embraces a growth mindset, feedback, and adaptability
