Lead Early Childhood Teacher

At The Playing Field, we believe that taking care of children begins with taking care of teachers.

We are currently hiring a Lead Early Childhood Teacher at our Madison East location.

Since 2015, The Playing Field has served children and families from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Our program brings together children impacted by homelessness and those from more advantaged families in a high-quality early learning environment.

• Competitive Salary: $50,000-$54,000 per year, based on education and experience.
• Bonuses:
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus after the probationary period

• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Completed associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or closely related field.
• Committed to high standards in early childhood education
• Wisconsin Registry Certificate required (we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining certification during the hiring process)
