Location: Madison, WI (GB Arbor Hills, South Madison, East Madison)

Pay: $/hour (based on education)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Full Year, No weekends

• Education (one of the following):
  • Infant Toddler Credential/CDA
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (with 18 ECE credits)
• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development theory
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience in multicultural environments (preferred)
• Ability to obtain Registry Certificate within 90 days

• Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Providing responsive primary care for infants and toddlers
• Creating safe, clean, and culturally responsive learning spaces
• Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and Early Head Start Standards
• Supporting each child's unique cultural background and learning style
• Promoting social-emotional development and resilience
• Challenging deficit-based narratives about children and families

• Actively dismantling systemic barriers in early childhood education
• Intentionally building a workplace reflecting our community's rich diversity
• Developing culturally responsive curriculum
• Implementing trauma-informed and anti-racist approaches to education and support
