• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Take dental x‑rays and impressions, following all safety protocols.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care, including retainer use and oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Foster a positive experience for patients through excellent care and communication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Previous orthodontic assistant experience.
• Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a dental assistant program preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Starting pay: $20/hour, with higher wages available for experienced assistants.
