- Consult with prospective customers via phone calls to sell insurance products and generate quotes
- Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License for the state of residence
- Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Basic knowledge of mathematics (arithmetic, averaging, percentages, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment (e.g., retail, insurance, hospitality)
- Ability to lead and guide customers to resolution
- Previous experience in a contact center or face-to-face customer service role
- Familiarity with insurance products and underwriting guidelines
