About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing, family‑owned organization. In this role, you will support customers by handling inbound calls regarding orders, providing status updates, and troubleshooting issues. You will also conduct outbound follow‑up calls and emails, assist the sales team with processing contracts and invoices, and support various administrative projects. You can expect to handle 40–50 calls per day while delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
ScheduleMonday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (potential 8:00 AM start)
Hours:
45 hours per week
Training lasts approximately one month, combining workbook learning, shadowing, and hands‑on practice. Most new representatives feel confident by months 2–3.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders, updates, and service issues
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct outbound calls and send follow‑up emails as needed
- Assist the sales team with processing contracts, invoices, and special projects
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and internal systems to document interactions
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Administrative teams to support overall workflow
- 1+ year of customer service experience (open to retail, restaurant, property management, or similar backgrounds)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
Contract to Hire position based out of MONONA, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00 /hr.
