Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Entry‑Level Sales Support Representative in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, supporting order fulfillment, and working closely with team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment that values your contribution.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer management systems is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
