• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming visitor experience
• Operate the register and credit card machine in the bookstore
• Process incoming orders and track inventory updates
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Set up and take down events, troubleshooting audio/visual issues as needed

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for event setup and takedown
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Experience engaging with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of or interest in ecological restoration and environmental education
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong decision-making skills
