Aboutthe Role
This position is responsible to provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. This position will interact with all departments within the Company and have a working knowledge of the responsibilities of the various departments. The Customer Service Representative works closely with Wis-Pak Brands marketing team on consumer response, Brand Ambassador Follow Up and sales opportunities as well as POS needs and requests.
Through superior customer service, the Customer Service Representative can help the Company achieve its vision to be the pre-eminent sales and distribution organization.
