• Use knowledge of Park Bank products, services, and policies to assist clients and associates with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Speak and live‑chat with clients, listening to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and offering solutions that keep client experience & satisfaction at the core of every decision.
• Guide users through the bank’s electronic banking and card products, performing technical troubleshooting of these products.
• Maintain client accounts by updating personal information and adjusting products/services based on client requests.
• Review and audit multiple reports of system changes in accordance with the bank’s internal controls.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of ATM operations within the branch network.
• Ensure all transactions are performed accurately, efficiently, and courteously.
• Answer client questions regarding Park Bank products and services and perform basic account maintenance or open new deposit accounts.
• Review transactions for accuracy and assist in the resolution of any errors or variations.
• Communicate professionally and friendly with camera during video interactions with clients.
