* Prepares, places, maintains and reports media campaigns based on briefings from account executives and team strategy meetings
* Assists in media planning functions, as required by media directors, i.e., coordinating with media vendors, preparing campaign insights for client meetings or internal strategy discussions
* Provides thoughtful recommendations and insight on how to achieve clients’ goals on a given platform with the budget available
* Works closely and collaboratively with account executives and project coordinators to ensure creative deadlines are met
* Provides research for media planning
* Compiles and interprets media data and statistics
* Approves media invoices and settles billing discrepancies with vendors as needed
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms, best practices and emerging trends###
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of media buying experience in one or more of the following:
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, CTV preferred
* Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting multiple deadlines
* Exemplary math skills for interpreting data and budget estimations
* Strong curiosity in learning new media and educating staff and clients
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs### Benefits:
