Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works independently under a Photography Manager.

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for houses and apartments on  and
• Create high‑quality photographic portfolios to showcase properties.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency.
• Commun carousel professional communication with clients, sales associates, and research partners to prioritize tasks.
• While not on a residence, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing availability.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repeated sitting in a vehicle, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet or laptop and camera operation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying during job functions.
• Operate vehicle under all weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate.
• Photographer with either a recent degree in photography or equivalent professional experience.
• Drone photographer with an FAA Part 107 license or certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Strong time‑management skills and keen eye for detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

• Hourly wage plus monthly performance bonuses.
