This is a full‑time, on‑site Estimator role based in Madison, WI. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals. Daily tasks include communicating with architects, contractors, and clients to clarify project requirements, sourcing pricing from vendors and subcontractors, and contributing to project planning and timelines. The Estimator will also ensure all estimates align with company quality standards and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, analyzing project blueprints, proposals, and specifications
• Strong skills in mathematics, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with construction materials and techniques, as well as sustainable building practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client, contractor, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and technology
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or remodeling industry is highly beneficial
