Responsibilities- Perform general construction labor including site clean‑up and moving materials by hand.
- Operate motorized equipment such as power tools and saws.
- Assist in pouring concrete.
- Install or remove shoring as instructed.
- Work during inclement weather; may be exposed to extreme cold, heat, noise, and dust.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb of material (up to 90 lb with assistance).
- Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools and hammers.
- At least 6 months of formwork or concrete construction labor experience.
- This position is governed by a collective bargaining unit. New hires are required to join the appropriate union within a specified period after hire.
