  • Seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee mid to large scale mulit-family construction projects from inception to completion.
  • In this role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards.
  • Your leadership will drive project efficiency, adherence to schedules, and budget control, ensuring that each project meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Provides lead role in managing & coordinating MCI personnel & subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed safely and per company standards.
  • Interfaces, develops, & fosters relationships with owners, architects, engineers, design professionals, and municipalities to ensure design intent is satisfied.
  • Develops & updates project schedules & works with PM's to effectively manage costs.
  • Maintains, updates, & reviews all jobsite records & documents; plans, specs, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, delivery tickets, timecards, project photos.
  • Provides lead role in project close-out processes, including punch list, commissioning and owner training.
  • Sets expectations for clean and orderly site & construction offices.
  • Contributes in developing Clients field staff and being an advocate for improving our overall competency as a firm.
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to read, understand, & interpret all project documents.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project), Bluebeam, Adobe, & Autodesk/Build Software.
    • Has clear knowledge and understanding of challenges working in dynamic environment at mulit-family and commercial projects.
    • Physical demands include ability to navigate construction jobsites and occasionally assist with lifting materials and/or products within reason.
    • Valid WI State driver's license.
    • High School Diploma.
    • OSHA 30 (preferred).
    • Provides positive attitude with growth-oriented mindset to support healthy work environment.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to subs, vendors, design professionals, & owners to achieve common goals.
    • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, organizational & time management skills.
    • Displays commitment and accountability.
