Construction Site Superintendent

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in field leadership, values accountability, and is motivated to guide projects from the ground up across multifamily, mixed‑use, and residential work. We’re looking for a builder who wants their work to align with purpose, who values collaboration, and who understands the jobsite as both a production and human environment.

• Leading the field team and day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through closeout
• Maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Managing schedule sequencing and daily production targets
• Ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively
• Communicating site progress with project management teams
• Participating in coordination meetings and site walks
• Supporting sustainable construction practices and responsible material use

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience (flexible based on demonstrated ability)
• Multifamily construction experience required
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Calm, accountable leadership presence on active jobsites
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Commitment to safety and quality
