We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction projects, from kickoff through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status to owners, architects, and leadership
- Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
