We’re looking for an Aggregate Operator responsible for operating several types of construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, dredges, loaders, haul trucks, skid steer loaders, water trucks, graders, man lifts, dozers, excavators, and backhoes.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain crush/wash plant equipment.
- Clean up around the plant, including shoveling and skid‑steer operation.
- Participate in general site maintenance and upkeep.
- Assist with crush/wash/dredge repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work site.
- Operate and maintain dredge equipment.
- Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Prior experience at a mineral extraction site preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work varied hours (early mornings, weekends) as needed.
- Ability to tolerate variable weather conditions and work in dirty, dusty environments.

The position will primarily be based out of a stationary quarry, Capital Sand & Gravel, located in Cross Plains, WI.
Salary$47,424.00–$96,824.00
