Talent Acquisition @ Wide Effect Talent Solutions | Enhancing Recruitment Strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to assess scope and cost.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop realistic schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor and update schedules as projects progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions.
  • Assist in bid preparation by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential cost and schedule impacts.
  • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, estimates, and change orders.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling and estimating within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Pro Core, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
