Construction Manager

Now Hiring a Construction Manager is to fully manage all phases of the project including maintaining client relationships, schedules, budgets and profitability through project completion.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

-Works closely with the design team in the pre-development stages which includes proposals, demonstrations, reviewing the scope of work, providing input of construction techniques and best practices, developing cost effective projects, and a schedule for completion.
-Develops and prepares conceptual estimates from design documents and/or narratives.
-Tracks and manages material take-off prior to construction.
-Responsible for scheduling subcontractors, managing purchase order deliveries, and verifying quantities
-Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects.
-Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
