Join an experienced crew working outdoors to restore hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Demonstrate familiarity with utilities construction and hard‑surface restoration techniques.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials to designated locations.
• Operate and inspect equipment and materials while working outdoors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Class A CDL required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, walk for long periods, and lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Salary: Madison, WI – $65,000.00–$85,000.00 (Full‑time) | Windsor, WI – $70,000.00–$80,000.00 (Full‑time)
