Join Far Well as an Advisor – Business Analyst and help shape transformative change across industries. This remote‑eligible, hybrid role is based in Madison or Milwaukee, WI.
About the RoleFar Well Project Advisors, LLC is looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor who brings M‑shaped expertise—deep knowledge in multiple disciplines paired with the ability to connect and collaborate across teams. You will own large projects that require analytical rigor, stakeholder alignment, and change management acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and develop detailed future‑state plans.
- Gather and communicate requirements to technical and business teams through workshops, workshops, and documentation.
- Develop workflows, process maps, gap analyses, and change plans, leveraging Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous‑improvement frameworks.
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation; create and maintain stakeholder, communication, and risk management plans.
- Design and deliver multi‑mode communications that resonate with diverse audiences and drive consensus.
- Partner with change leaders to design and execute organizational change initiatives that support new processes and technology deployments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience.
- Proficient in SAP or additional ERP experience is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA certification or a proven track record with continuous‑improvement practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and self‑development capabilities.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, and schedule with formal project management plans.
- Experience leading or supporting an organizational change initiative.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups and building inclusive relationships.
- Action‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and high energy.
- Agile, adaptable approach to shifting project demands.
- Focused on continual improvement of work processes.
Remote work is supported; hybrid schedules are preferred. Occasional on‑site collaboration may be required depending on client engagements.
