Procurement Analyst

Job Overview

The Procurement Analyst will analyze and coordinate technical services such as system changes, business models that include processes and data, web‑based KPI and related reporting solutions.

• Advise team members and management on appropriate suppliers and/or products.
• Enter and maintain catalog information in our systems, including pricing, unit of measure, items description, item pictures and price conversion tables.
• Provide top‑level customer service to our sites, resolving issues including PO creation/corrections, catalog updates, new product setup, system issues and providing system training.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations to ensure purchase order accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
• Perform audits of system data to ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity is maintained.
• Analyze ordering trends to help drive cost savings for the company.
• Manage ticketing system, email, and customer service phone line to ensure all procurement requests are assigned and resolved timely.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (1‑2 years of experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
