Senior Business Analyst | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available | Can be located in Madison or Milwaukee

• Our client is a well‑established, growth‑oriented organization with headquarters in Wisconsin.
• They are investing in business applications and technology to better support operations and employees across the organization.
• The team environment is collaborative, fast‑paced, and highly cross‑functional, with regular interaction across departments and all levels of the company.
• This role sits within the Business Solutions function and partners closely with IT, operations, and leadership to drive process improvement and software enablement.

• Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 + Bonus
• PTO: 3 weeks starting
• Retirement: 50% match on 6% contribution + Profit share

• Lead cross‑functional work with IT to implement, enhance, and integrate business applications.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive and support cross‑department process improvements and manage critical business systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in application management and process optimization, prioritizing initiatives by business impact.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
• Partner with departments to define requirements, select and manage vendors, and plan and execute implementations.
• Lead project teams through implementation, training, rollout, and change management.
• Maintain and enhance applications through ongoing releases and improvements.
• Evaluate existing software for underused features before pursuing new solutions.

• Excellent project management, problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record with software development life cycle (SDLC) Episcopal?s
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and provide guidance to other team members.
• Relevant work experience with information technology systems that support critical business processes.
• Experience with an ERP system (experience with construction‑ or project‑focused ERP platforms is preferred).
