• 3–5 years of hands‑on automotive experience
• Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
• Manufacturer certifications across all major systems
• Proven skills in:
  • Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC
  • Drivability Diagnosis & Repair
  • Lube & Maintenance Services
• Customer Pay Repair Efficiency >105%
• Relentless attention to detail and pride in your work

• Pay Range: $28 - $35/flat rate hour
