** YOU BRING:
*** 3–5 years of hands-on automotive experience
* Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
* Manufacturer certifications across all major systems
* Proven skills in:  + Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC  + Drivability Diagnosis & Repair  + Lube & Maintenance Services
* Customer Pay Repair Efficiency >105%
