Executive Office Administrator

As the Executive Office Administrator, you will serve as a highly strategic administrative business partner to the President and entire Madison Office. Your purpose is to elevate the effectiveness, preparedness, and presence of our people, ensuring they consistently show up at their best for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be the steady force that brings clarity, organization, and excellence to the executive function and the overall in-office experience.

  • Company Knowledge: You serve as the organization’s central expert on all administrative, office operations, and executive support matters. Ability to develop processes and procedures and meet deadlines. Proactively provides solutions and develops strategies to address issues or concerns. You are adaptable, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop solutions that enhance how the agency operates day-to-day.
  • Executive Leadership: Be an exemplary role model of the Agency and its Core Values. You bring sharp business judgment, impeccable professionalism, and deep discretion to all interactions. You step confidently into change, champion continuous improvement, and model behaviors that raise the standard for how our Corporate office functions. You are a trusted partner who understands the broader business and contributes meaningfully to organizational priorities.

    You build strong, trusting partnerships across the agency by promoting communication, addressing issues constructively, and fostering shared accountability. You hold yourself and others to high standards and ensure commitments are met. When challenges fall outside your scope, you know when to escape and how to bring the right stakeholders together.   • Executive Presenting: You design and facilitate meetings that are efficient, intentional, and outcome-driven. You create high-quality materials, tools, and resources that improve organization, communication, and decision-making. Your work is polished, thoughtful, and reliable, and you own the outcome from start to finish. In conversation and presentation settings, you respond with confidence, clarity, and professionalism, even when navigating complex or sensitive topics.
Requirements

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the insurance (or related) industry.
  • You are comfortable working with Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors.

  • You are proficient on a computer and won’t have any concerns generating tools and resources for organization and planning.
  • You are a clear and effective writer and communicator.
  • You’re great at prioritizing competing interests and know when to ask others for help.
Working Conditions
  • Position will be headquartered in the Madison, Wisconsin office.
  • Regularly work during our core business hours:
    Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
