Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper or General Accountant to support a growing organization that provides accounting services to nonprofit clients. This role will assist with an upcoming system implementation and help transition financial processes from Quick Books Online to

This is a fully remote, part-time contract opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

+ Support the transition of financial processes from Quick Books Online to

+ Assist with ERP/system implementation tasks including data preparation, testing, and process documentation

+ Maintain accurate financial records for nonprofit clients

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Help ensure proper documentation and compliance with nonprofit accounting practices

+ Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure a smooth system transition

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/accountant, preferably in a remote setting.

- Proficiency in Quick Books Online and

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Familiarity with accounting processes for non-profit organizations is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.

- Experience with system integrations related to accounting tools is preferred.
