The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations through accurate reporting, account analysis, and compliance with accounting standards. • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA preferred (optional, depending on organization).
